Can Your Site's Foundation Carry the Rankings?
Core Web Vitals, schema, mobile, indexability, JS rendering, speed. Technical SEO is invisible; when it's missing, everything collapses. With a strong foundation, content stays at the top for the long run.
Why Technical SEO Mistakes Often Stay Invisible
Content can be great, the UI can be impressive; but when Google can't index, mobile breaks, or a page doesn't load in 3 seconds, none of it matters. The three most common issues:
Slow Pages = Lower Rankings
Slow-loading pages rank noticeably lower on mobile. Page speed is a direct ranking signal for Google, not just a user-experience concern.
Unindexed Page = Non-existent Page
A wrong disallow in robots.txt, a canonical mistake, a noindex tag: these silent errors erase your page from search results. Without a monthly Search Console audit they go unnoticed.
Broken Mobile = Most Traffic Lost
Google still uses mobile-first indexing. Layout shift, small tap targets, viewport issues; invisible on desktop, but they cost you a large share of your visitors.
Our Technical SEO Audit Scope
Adorb's technical audit scans 8 main areas. For each, we produce a concrete action list.
Core Web Vitals
LCP, INP (replacing FID), CLS: Google's official Page Experience signals. Mobile and desktop measured separately. PageSpeed Insights + Lighthouse + CrUX field data.
Schema Markup (JSON-LD)
Organization, Service, FAQPage, Article, Product, LocalBusiness, BreadcrumbList: schema types fit to your industry. Verified with Rich Results Test.
Mobile Compatibility
Viewport, tap targets, font readability, mobile-first indexing checks. Mobile Usability report + real device testing.
Indexability
Robots.txt, sitemap.xml, canonical tag, hreflang, noindex/nofollow directives. Detailed review of Search Console Coverage report.
JavaScript Rendering
Are modern frameworks like Next.js, React, Vue rendering correctly? URL Inspection + view-source comparison. SPA hydration issues.
Page Speed + CDN
Server response time (TTFB), image optimization (WebP, AVIF, lazy load), CDN distribution (Cloudflare, Bunny, etc.), HTTP/2 + Brotli.
Internal Link Architecture
Hub-and-spoke structure, breadcrumbs, depth (clicks to reach), anchor text optimization, orphan page detection.
HTTPS + Security
SSL certificate validity, mixed content, HSTS header, secure redirect chains. Security = ranking signal (since 2014 per Google).

The Proven Impact of Technical SEO
Case studies from Google's web.dev team: sites that improved Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) saw an average 15-30% organic traffic increase, with bounce rates dropping by up to 24%.
“The goal of technical SEO is that user and bot see the same thing, reach it at the same speed, and understand the same structure.”
FAQ: Technical SEO
What are Core Web Vitals and why do they matter?
LCP (Largest Contentful Paint: load time of the biggest content), INP (Interaction to Next Paint: response to user input), CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift: page jumping). Google has used them as ranking signals since 2021. INP replaced FID in 2024. All values should be below Google's 'good' threshold.
Does schema markup affect rankings?
Not a direct ranking factor but: (1) Rich Results (stars, prices, FAQ boxes) boost CTR, (2) Makes content structure clear to AI Overviews and ChatGPT, (3) Helps Knowledge Graph matching. Mandatory discipline for Premier Partner teams.
Is a CDN required for site speed?
If your audience is in one location (e.g. only Istanbul) and your server is there too, it's not required. But if your audience is country-wide + international, a CDN (Cloudflare, Bunny, AWS CloudFront) makes response times 2-3x faster. We recommend the free Cloudflare tier to Adorb customers by default.
When is hreflang used?
Required if the site has multiple languages or targets multiple countries. To target TR/EN, TR/AR, US/UK variants correctly. Wrong hreflang = duplicate-content detection = ranking loss. Hreflang testing is part of every technical audit.
Is a JS-heavy site a problem for SEO?
Modern Google can render most JS (with a 1-2 week delay before indexing). But: (1) Slow JS hurts LCP, (2) Client-side rendering drops CrUX score, (3) If content isn't rendered before indexing, the page looks 'empty'. Our recommendation is SSR/SSG (Next.js, Astro, Remix); render on server and ship.
